Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in their manufacturing are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and they are particularly recommended for special applications including V-flat drives, as they are advantageous for setups that necessitate the use of reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
