Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and improved safety margins on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations requiring reverse idlers, due to their smaller heights.
