Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, boasting significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction available in the market. The ingredients of the compound are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily utilized as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly beneficial in scenarios that involve reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
