Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, engineered through extensive R&D efforts to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most competitor belts of similar construction. The materials used in the composition are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and improved safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and they are beneficial where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
