Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to selective ingredient choices in the compound. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
