Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and they are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
