Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. They are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. These belts are particularly beneficial in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
