Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced research and development that enables them to achieve power ratings significantly higher than other belts of similar construction on the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various industrial applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, as well as scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
