Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced R&D that has led to power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market. The compounds used in their construction are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, as well as scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to smaller heights.
