Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring superior power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction on the market. These belts are designed with selectively chosen ingredients in the compound to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. They are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature operating range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are particularly advantageous in situations where reverse idlers must be used, due to their smaller heights.
