Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most similar belts available. They are constructed using selectively chosen ingredients that optimize performance, enhancing both power ratings and safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of withstanding a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and operating within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and offering advantages in setups that require reverse idlers due to their smaller height dimensions.
