Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, developed through extensive research and development to achieve power ratings that are considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily, these V-belts are utilized as replacements for industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Their design is also beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
