Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market due to advanced research and development. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and safety for critical drives. Notable features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, along with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they provide advantages in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
