Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing power ratings considerably higher than most available belts with similar construction. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
