Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market due to the carefully selected ingredients used in their compound. These belts provide distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. They are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
