Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features of the Pix-X'set®-XS include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, particularly advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
