Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing notable advantages in increased safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
