Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a construction that offers power ratings considerably higher than most competing belts. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are designed to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct benefits like increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications, including V-flat drives, and are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
