Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are designed to meet the required power ratings, thus providing benefits in terms of increased power capacity and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, and they are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Their smaller heights make them advantageous for use with reverse idlers.
