Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing advanced engineering that results in significantly higher power ratings compared to similar construction belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power requirements, offering benefits such as enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also suited for specific applications like V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their reduced height.
