The durable desiccator cabinet features clear PVC panels with sleek black ABS accents and a horizontal profile, providing movable shelves for adjustable dry storage configurations. It operates on a 120VAC (11 watt) electronic dehumidification system that maintains relative humidity levels between 30% to 40%, ensuring dry air circulation throughout the cabinet. The control unit contains a permanent desiccant, where a red light indicates the operation of a 4-1/2 hour absorption period and a green light indicates the operation of the hour for desiccant regeneration. With a spacious 2 cu. ft. interior volume, this cabinet is equipped with a large indoor digital hygrometer for easy visualization of RH%. The gasketed door opens downward and secures tightly with two latches. It includes two adjustable, removable, and perforated shelves to facilitate full air circulation, with shelf rails that can be repositioned on any of 8 steps set at 28mm intervals; additional shelves and rails are sold separately. The interior opening measures 45 x 23cm (17-3/4 x 9"). A power transformer adaptor is included, and it is important to note that cabinet interior RH% levels may vary based on room temperature, room RH%, and usage conditions.
