Air Science DWS™ downflow workstations, fume hoods, and downdraft tables are high-efficiency ductless fume hoods designed to protect the user and the environment from hazardous vapors generated on the work surface. These workstations feature unrestricted front and side access, facilitating applications that require complex and intensive operator involvement, while the downward airflow in the chamber ensures operator safety. The DWS™ product line utilizes innovative Air Science Multiplex™ filtration technology, creating a safe work environment across a wide range of applications in the industry. The units come equipped with task lighting and a fan speed controller, and they are available in various sizes, specifically 36 and 48 inches wide. An optional heavy-duty base stand (part number CARTP524) can be purchased separately, while filters are sold independently. The available filters include the ASTM-001 GP Plus filter for organic and solvent vapors (B2173521), ASTM-012 AMM filter for amines and ammonia vapors, ASTM-013 filter for formaldehyde vapors, ASTM-015 ACI Plus filter for inorganic acid vapors, and ASTM-030 HEPA filter for powders.
