PurAir® Flow Series laminar flow hoods are engineered to safeguard the work surface, products, and materials from particulate contamination, ensuring a sterile environment. The system allows room air to pass through a HEPA filter, delivering uniform laminar flow throughout the cabinet interior, thereby protecting the work from unfiltered air. This product line utilizes the exclusive Air Science® Multiplex® HEPA filtration technology, which is designed for optimal performance. Key features include vertical laminar airflow coupled with HEPA/ULPA filtration to shield materials inside the cabinet from particulates, a high-efficiency EBM-Papst EC blower that creates a sterile work zone for aseptic techniques, and an air cleanliness standard that meets or exceeds ISO Class 5. Additional attributes comprise energy-saving LED lighting, a large front opening that grants unrestricted access to the work zone, and the inclusion of a prefilter along with all necessary HEPA filters. An optional heavy-duty base stand is available (part number CARTP524) for enhanced stability and support.
