PurAir® Flow Series laminar flow hoods are designed to protect the work surface, products, and materials from particulate contamination. Room air passes through a HEPA filter and uniformly flows through the cabinet interior to safeguard the work from unfiltered air. The airflow is oriented to exhaust airborne particulates introduced by the user. The PurAir Flow Series utilizes Air Science® exclusive Multiplex® HEPA filtration technology to maintain a contamination-free environment. The hoods feature vertical laminar airflow with HEPA/ULPA filtration, ensuring materials inside the cabinet are protected from particulates. A high-efficiency EBM-Papst EC blower provides a sterile work zone for aseptic techniques, while the air cleanliness meets and exceeds ISO Class 5 standards. Energy-saving LED lighting enhances visibility, and a large front opening allows unrestricted access to the work zone. The unit comes equipped with a prefilter and all required HEPA filters. An optional heavy-duty base stand is also available (Part number CARTP536).
