The 3M™ Cloth Belt 777F 4" x 132" 80 grit ceramic is designed to protect against heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and cobalt alloys, featuring a grinding aid that reduces running temperatures and a resin bond that maintains durability under high heat and pressure. Recommended for use on stainless steel and exotic metal alloys, it is suitable for dimensioning parts, deburring, blending, and finishing castings and forgings. The belt uses proprietary 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral enhancing toughness and hardness, combined with aluminum oxide to create a harder, longer-lasting abrasive optimized for moderate to heavy stock removal. Engineered to cut fast and handle intense heat and stress, this ceramic/aluminum oxide blend surpasses traditional aluminum oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability, making it excellent for surface preparation. Available in various widths and lengths to fit most industrial belt sanders, the 4" wide belt is suitable for portable belt sanders used on wood and metal. The belt features a film splice for added strength during high-pressure grinding applications. Warranty terms apply as specified by 3M standards.
