The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses accommodating a wide variety of product types. This pre-assembled frame is made from high-strength steel and features a cataphoresis paint process that provides an even coat and protects against corrosion. Key features include flexible configuration with easy modifications to adapt to changing requirements, side perforations for fitting struts and accessories, and a teardrop frame design that allows shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The frame utilizes grade 5 zinc-plated bolt connections with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, and nuts with a serrated flange that remains securely fastened without maintenance. The standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and if needed, repairs can be conducted economically by replacing only the damaged component.
