The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses accommodating diverse product types. Made from high-strength steel and quality materials, this bolted pallet racking system provides direct access to each pallet, simplifies stock management, and adapts to various product volumes, weights, or sizes. The upright frames come pre-assembled for easy setup and feature a flexible configuration that can be easily modified to meet changing requirements. They are painted in blue using a cataphoresis process that ensures an even coat and prevents corrosion, while side perforations facilitate the fitting of struts and accessories. The teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustment in 2-inch increments, and the grade 5, zinc-plated bolt connections feature limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. Serrated flange nuts remain securely fastened without maintenance, while standard pre-punched footplates enable easy anchoring.
