The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame provides versatility for warehouses that manage a wide variety of product types. Made from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, this bolted pallet racking system offers direct access to each pallet, facilitating simple stock management while accommodating various product volumes, weights, and sizes. The bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and allow for flexible configuration, easily modified to meet new requirements. Finished in blue using a cataphoresis process, the paint application ensures an even coat and corrosion resistance. The design features side perforations for fitting struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame allows for shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts that prevent over-tightening, while nuts with a serrated flange remain securely fastened without maintenance. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and repairs are straightforward; if a component is damaged, only that specific element needs replacement, which can be accomplished quickly.
