They are painted blue using a cataphoresis process that ensures an even coat and enhances corrosion resistance. The design includes side perforations for fitting struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame allows for shelf adjustments in 2-inch increments. Bolt connections are Grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, while nuts with a serrated flange ensure a secure fastening without the need for maintenance.
