The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. Constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials, this bolted pallet racking system enables direct access to each pallet, facilitates simple stock management, and adapts to varying product volumes, weights, or sizes. Each upright frame comes pre-assembled for effortless set-up and features flexible configuration options that can be easily modified to meet new requirements. The frames are painted blue using a cataphoresis process, ensuring even paint coverage and corrosion resistance. Side perforations are integrated for fitting struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections are made of grade 5 zinc plated bolts, and limited thread design prevents over-tightening, whereas the nuts feature a serrated flange to ensure secure fastening without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. In the event of damage, repairs are straightforward as only the affected component needs to be replaced. Additionally, these upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
