The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses that manage a wide variety of product types. The bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy setup, featuring flexible configurations that can be modified as needed. The frames are painted in blue using a cataphoresis process, ensuring an even coat while inhibiting corrosion. Side perforations allow for the fitting of struts and accessories, and the tear drop frame design permits shelf adjustments in 2-inch increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, while nuts with a serrated flange remain securely fastened without maintenance.
