Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame provides versatility for warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. Designed for direct access to each pallet, the bolted pallet racking facilitates simple stock management and adapts to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. This frame is constructed from high-strength steel and other quality materials, and comes pre-assembled for easy customer setup. The flexible configuration allows for easy modifications to meet new requirements, while the bolted uprights feature a blue paint finish achieved through a cataphoresis process that ensures an even coat and inhibits corrosion. The teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustments in 2" increments, and employs grade 5, zinc-plated bolt connections along with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. The nuts are designed with a serrated flange to remain securely fastened, eliminating maintenance needs. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and if any component is damaged, repairs can be efficiently executed by replacing only the affected element. Additionally, these frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
