Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed to provide versatility for warehouses accommodating a variety of product types. This type of bolted pallet racking ensures direct access to each pallet, simplifies stock management, and adapts to variations in product volume, weight, or size. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, this bolted pallet rack comes pre-assembled for easy customer setup. It features flexible configuration capabilities that allow for simple modifications to meet new requirements. The frames are finished in blue through a cataphoresis process, which ensures an even paint coat and prevents corrosion. Side perforations facilitate the fitting of struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, while limited thread bolts prevent over-tightening, and nuts with a serrated flange provide secure fastening without maintenance needs. Standard pre-punched footplates enable easy anchoring, and repairs can be efficiently conducted, requiring only the damaged component to be replaced.
