The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses with a wide variety of product types. This type of pallet racking allows for direct access to each pallet, facilitating simple stock management and adaptation to diverse product volumes, weights, or sizes. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup. Their flexible configuration features make it uncomplicated to modify the setup to accommodate new requirements. The frames are coated in blue using a cataphoresis process that provides an even paint finish and protects against corrosion. Side perforations enable the fitting of struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts preventing over-tightening. Serrated flange nuts ensure secure fastening without maintenance needs. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and any damaged components can be economically repaired by replacing only the affected element, making the process quick and efficient. These frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
