Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame provides versatility for warehouses that store a wide variety of product types. This bolted pallet racking system offers direct access to each pallet, simple stock management, and adaptability to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer set-up. They feature flexible configuration options and can be easily modified to accommodate new requirements. The frames are painted in blue using a cataphoresis process, which ensures an even paint coat and corrosion resistance. Side perforations allow for fitting struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design enables shelf adjustment in 2-inch increments. Bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, and limited thread bolts prevent over-tightening. The nuts have a serrated flange for secure fastening without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and if a component is damaged, only that element needs replacement, allowing for quick and economical repairs.
