The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses with diverse product types and is ideal for providing direct access to each pallet, facilitating simple stock management while adapting to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, these bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup. Their flexible configuration allows for straightforward modifications to meet changing requirements. Finished in blue through a cataphoresis process, the frames feature an even coat of paint that inhibits corrosion. Side perforations accommodate fittings for struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The grade 5 zinc-plated bolt connections and limited thread bolts ensure secure fastening while preventing over-tightening, complemented by nuts with a serrated flange that require no maintenance. Standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and any necessary repairs can be achieved economically by replacing only the damaged component. Additionally, these upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
