Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame offers versatility for warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. Designed for maximum efficiency, bolted pallet racking ensures direct access to each pallet, facilitates simple stock management, and adapts to diverse product volumes, weights, and sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel, the product features pre-assembled frames for easy customer set-up, flexible configurations that can be modified as requirements change, and a corrosion-resistant blue paint applied through a cataphoresis process. Side perforations accommodate struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, featuring limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, and nuts with serrated flanges that remain securely fastened without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates enable straightforward anchoring, and any damaged components can be easily and economically replaced without requiring the entire frame to be discarded. This product is also Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
