The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame provides versatility for warehouses that handle a wide variety of product types. Designed for direct access to each pallet, the bolted pallet racking facilitates simple stock management and adapts to varying product volumes, weights, or sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, these upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer set-up and allow flexible configurations that can be modified to meet new requirements. They feature a blue paint finish applied via a cataphoresis process for even coverage and corrosion protection. Side perforations enable the fitting of struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows for shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. Nuts with a serrated flange ensure they remain securely fastened without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates make anchoring straightforward, and any damaged component can be easily and economically replaced without needing to repair the entire rack. Furthermore, these upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI).
