Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frames offer versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. This pallet racking style features pre-assembled components for straightforward customer setup and allows for flexible configuration, easily adapting to new requirements. Manufactured from high-strength steel, these frames are painted in blue using a cataphoresis process that ensures an even coating and prevents corrosion. The side perforations enable the fitting of struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design facilitates shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, featuring limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, and nuts with a serrated flange that remain securely fastened without maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates allow for easy anchoring, and if any component is damaged, repairs are economical and straightforward, as only the affected element needs replacement. These upright frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
