Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. This bolted pallet racking system allows for direct access to each pallet, simple stock management, and adaptability to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. It is constructed from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. The frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and offer flexible configurations, making them easy to modify to meet new requirements. Finished in blue through a cataphoresis painting process, the frames feature side perforations for fitting struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The bolt connections are Grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, while nuts with a serrated flange ensure secure fastening without the need for maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and repairs can be performed economically by replacing only damaged components. This product is Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
