The Interlake Mecalux assembled tear drop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed to provide versatility for warehouses handling a wide variety of product types. This bolted pallet racking system allows for direct access to each pallet, simplifying stock management and adapting to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. Manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and can be easily modified to meet new requirements. The frames are painted blue using a cataphoresis process, ensuring an even coat that inhibits corrosion. The design includes side perforations for fitting struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame allows for shelf adjustments in 2" increments. Bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, while limited thread bolts help prevent over-tightening. Serrated flange nuts secure the connections without the need for maintenance. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and repairs can be made economically, requiring only the damaged component to be replaced quickly and easily. These bolted pallet rack upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
