They are painted blue using a cataphoresis process, ensuring a uniform coat that prevents corrosion. Side perforations allow for the fitting of struts and accessories, and the teardrop frame design permits shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening. Serrated flange nuts provide secure fastening without maintenance needs. Standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring, and repairs are straightforward, requiring only the replacement of the damaged component.
