The Interlake Mecalux assembled bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses accommodating diverse product types. This bolted pallet racking system allows direct access to each pallet, facilitating simple stock management while adapting to various product volumes, weights, or sizes. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, these frames come pre-assembled for easy setup and feature flexible configuration options that can be modified to meet new requirements. The frames are painted blue using a cataphoresis process that ensures an even coat and protects against corrosion. Side perforations facilitate the fitting of struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame design allows shelf adjustments in 2" increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, incorporating limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, and nuts with a serrated flange ensure a secure fastening without the need for maintenance. The standard, pre-punched footplates enable simple anchoring, and repairs are straightforward since only the damaged component needs replacement, which can be accomplished quickly. These upright frames are certified by the Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI).
