The Interlake Mecalux assembled teardrop bolted pallet rack upright frame is designed for versatility in warehouses with a wide range of product types. This type of pallet rack is manufactured from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, providing direct access to each pallet, simple stock management, and adaptability to various product volumes, weights, and sizes. The bolted pallet rack upright frames come pre-assembled for easy customer setup and enable flexible configurations that can be modified to meet new requirements. These frames are painted blue using a cataphoresis process, which offers an even paint coat and corrosion resistance. The design features side perforations for attaching struts and accessories, while the teardrop frame allows for shelf adjustments in 2-inch increments. The bolt connections are grade 5 and zinc plated, with limited thread bolts to prevent over-tightening, and nuts equipped with a serrated flange to ensure they remain securely fastened without maintenance. The standard, pre-punched footplates simplify anchoring, and should a component become damaged, it can be replaced quickly and easily, making repairs economical. Additionally, these upright frames are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified.
