The 3M™ Cubitron™ LL Belt 947A measures 1/2" x 24" and features a 40 grit ceramic precision-shaped abrasive grain coated on an X-weight poly-cotton backing, resin bonded for heat resistance. It is recommended for dry use and is designed to deliver outstanding results across a range of applications, from high-pressure automated grinding to low and medium pressure offhand operations. Compatible with equipment such as backstands, file belt sanders, inline sanders, and stroke sanders, it is suited for tasks including descaling, finishing, intermediate finishing, light grinding, mill scale removal, radiusing, right angle grinding, shaping metalworking, and applications in builders hardware, metal fabrication, metal implants, and plumbing fixtures industries.
