3M™ Cubitron™ II Hookit™ Clean Sanding Film Disc 775L features 3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain, which is designed for superior cutting performance by slicing through substrates rather than gouging, offering cutting speed up to 2X faster and longevity up to 6X longer than traditional abrasives. These discs are suitable for diverse applications primarily focused on stock removal, effective on various substrates including metals, composites, gelcoat, and whitewood. The film backing provides enhanced tear resistance and durability compared to paper discs. The discs attach conveniently to a hook-and-loop backup disc pad (sold separately), allowing for clean and easy removal and reusability throughout the abrasive life.
