The 3M™ Cubitron™ II Cloth Belt 984F measures 2" x 132" and features precision shaped ceramic grain with an 80 grit size on a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. This high-performing belt contains a grinding aid to enhance performance, making it suitable for medium to high pressure applications on stainless steel, exotic alloys, carbon steel, cobalt chrome, and nickel alloys. It is recommended for offhand and pressure grinding on all exotic metal alloys and is used in applications such as centerless and cylindrical grinding, chrome stripping, deburring, descaling, flat finishing, grinding, high pressure grinding, parting line removal, and shaping. The belt is designed primarily for metalworking industries.
