3M™ Cubitron™ II Cloth Belt 984F 2" x 118" features precision shaped ceramic grain with 36 grit on a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. This high-performance belt contains a grinding aid that enhances performance on stainless steel, exotic alloys, carbon steel, cobalt chrome, and nickel alloys. It is recommended for medium to high pressure applications including offhand and pressure grinding on all exotic metal alloys. The belt is suitable for various applications such as centerless and cylindrical grinding, chrome stripping, deburring, descaling, flat finishing, high pressure grinding, parting line removal, and shaping in the metalworking industry.
