The Rotary Percussion - Straight Shank is designed to fit all hammer drills equipped with a 3-jaw or Jacobs chuck. It features a chrome vanadium shaft that is through-hardened to a hardness rating of 50-53 HRC. The patented flute geometry efficiently removes dust from the hole, enabling faster drilling and longer tool life, achieving up to 150% faster performance compared to other competitive bits. The shot-peened, double-tempered finish contributes to reduced breakage, while the hot isostatically pressed construction enhances durability and resistance to breakage. Additionally, the copper braze material ensures high heat resistance, minimizing tip loss. All tips conform to ANSI specifications.
