It allows for the full usable length to be utilized. The chrome vanadium shaft is through-hardened to 50-53 HRC for durability. The patented tip and flute design enhances dust removal efficiency, improving performance by up to 25% compared to other bits. Additionally, the shot-peened, double-tempered finish minimizes breakage, while hot isostatic pressing extends the bit's lifespan and resists breakage. The copper braze material provides high heat resistance, reducing the possibility of tip loss. All tips are manufactured in compliance with ANSI specifications.
